Ratchet & Clank: NEXUS

Chance and Kelly: Nexus: NEXUS was a proposed sequel to Up Your Arsenal and was meant to continue the story. It was cancelled in 2006, with many of its ideas incorporated into CHANCEt: Deadlocked/Gladiator.

Not to be confused with the other Nexus.

Plot and Goal

The game was to be centered on one planet, with our heroes caught in the middle of a war between two alien races. Chance and Kelly would have differing views on the conflict, creating their own tension.

Why It Was Cancelled

1. The Insomniac Games team felt that the project was too confined to just one planet, so they substituted for a hub world and multiple planets.

Result

• The concept of one planet was later used in All 4 One.
